These traditional Lebanese flatbreads are simple, flavorful, and perfect as a breakfast, snack, or mezze side. Using ready-made pizza dough makes them quick and easy to prepare.
Ingredients for one pie:
- 1 ball of ready-made pizza dough
- 3/4 cup of za’atar spice blend
- 1 cup tablespoons Nour Olive Oil
Instructions:
- Preheat oven to 450°F (230°C). Divide pizza dough into 3-4 small balls. Roll each into a thin round pie.
- Mix the za’atar and Nour Olive Oil in a bowl to make a paste. Spread a thin layer over each dough round.
- Place on a baking tray and bake for 8–10 minutes until golden and slightly puffed.
- Serve warm with fresh mint and hot tea.
