Olives and Walnut with Chili Sauce and Olive Oil

This spicy Levantine condiment combines earthy olives with crunchy walnuts and a bold chili kick—perfect as a mezze or spread.

Ingredients:

  • 1 cup green or black olives, pitted and sliced
  • ½ cup walnuts, crushed
  • 1 tablespoon chili flakes or Aleppo pepper
  • 1 garlic clove, minced
  • 1 cup Nour Olive Oil
  • Salt to taste

Instructions:

  1. In a bowl, mix olives, crushed walnuts, garlic, chili flakes, and salt.
  2. Drizzle Nour Olive Oil over the mixture and stir well. Serve instantly or store in a jar and top with olive oil to preserve mixture.
  3. Serve with pita bread or as a topping on Labneh or Hummus.
