This spicy Levantine condiment combines earthy olives with crunchy walnuts and a bold chili kick—perfect as a mezze or spread.
Ingredients:
- 1 cup green or black olives, pitted and sliced
- ½ cup walnuts, crushed
- 1 tablespoon chili flakes or Aleppo pepper
- 1 garlic clove, minced
- 1 cup Nour Olive Oil
- Salt to taste
Instructions:
- In a bowl, mix olives, crushed walnuts, garlic, chili flakes, and salt.
- Drizzle Nour Olive Oil over the mixture and stir well. Serve instantly or store in a jar and top with olive oil to preserve mixture.
- Serve with pita bread or as a topping on Labneh or Hummus.
